E. Brown painted a variety of glass and other glass-like materials.  I believe he was from Columbus, Ohio but I am not positive on that.

I've found a variety of other items on the internet with the same signature, but have not been able to find out any other details of the artist.  Most items are named as "antiques", however further information about how old this item is has yet to be found.
