My Personal Response

My poem is about how the woman wants to find a true love in her life without any obstacles. It means a lot to me because it has a cute meaning and I, too, would life to find my true love. The poem makes me feel good and hopeful that one day I’ll have that perfect (or as close as it can get) relationship. The whole poem is pretty memorable but “in the comfort of your arms” and all of stanza two is probably my favorite stanza because of the way its worded. Also, “I wanna look at the horizon and not see a building standing tall”. There, it talks about things standing in her way to her love. Yes, I have someone in mind when I listen/read this poem and I think everyone has someone in mind for poems about love. Its just a general thing. There’s not really anyone specific id like to share my poem with but it really is a cute poem.
